Service Description
Do you have a teen or pre-teen who only wants to stay home and play video games? Are you concerned that they don't make any friends and feel lonely? We hear you. Our board game group is a weekly event where students of different ages and backgrounds can come together and play a variety of games. Don't want to play games? Not a big deal, they can just come, hangout and make friends, chat about your favorite video game and have some cool snacks and drinks. The fact that they are outside of home is already a big deal! Our friendly and experienced staff will gently guide the students with no pressure to socialize. We understand the anxiety of being away from the comfort of the home, so we will make sure that everyone is comfortable and safe. Cancellation Policy
Watermelon Sessions main goal is to create positive experience for our students. Whether it’s a class, playdate or outing – we want to see the best outcome and happiness. We understand the unpredictable nature of our students and we are here to accommodate all the needs. However, since our groups are “hand picked” and we do our best to invite students with the same interests and needs, we have to put a lot of care and effort into our scheduling. If you need to cancel, please give us a 48h notice. Between 24 and 48 hours notice you will be charged at a 50% rate. Less than 24 hours notice or no attendance at all, you will be charged the full amount. Verbal or written notice that your child will be attending the class is considered to be an official reservation. Last minute “drop in” is available if we are notified 2 h prior. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.
